Hi Gail, We’re sorry to hear that the Allergy & Immune Chew hasn’t worked for your dog so far. Please know that it can take up to 3 months of consistent use for supplements to show their full potential benefits, so we do encourage giving it a bit more time if possible. That said, we completely understand your concerns, and a member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to assist you further with your request. All the best, PetLab Co.

Hi Adrian, We're sorry for the confusion caused. Just to clarify, we never enroll customers into a subscription without their knowledge—subscriptions are only set up if that option is specifically selected at checkout. If you believe there’s been a mistake, you can always reach out to us through the “Contact Us” page on our website for assistance. To help us look into this quickly, please provide your order ID. We’d love to look into this for you and make things right. Kind regards, PetLab Co.
