Hi Sheila, We appreciate you sharing your experience. It's interesting that one dog enjoys the product while the other, who needs it more, refuses to eat it. Some of our customers have found success by incorporating peanut butter or wrapping the chew in cheese. Alternatively, try offering the chew with plain yogurt or wrapping it in their favorite meat. Additionally, top their preferred food or treat with the chew as an experiment. Before attempting any new approaches, however, don't forget to take into account any allergies or sensitivities your dog may have. All the best, PetLab Co.
