Hi David, We are sorry to hear you have not seen the desired results for your dog. Supplements can take up to 90 days of consistent use to truly see their potential benefits. Unfortunately my dog went into a severe allergic reaction using your pet powder. I am sad because his teeth looked amazing but the ingredients you have almost killed him. Thankfully he is getting treatment but it was very very bad. As a medical professional I am sad that he went through this.
Response from PetLabCo.Oct 21, 2026
Hi Jamie, We are very sorry to hear you and your dog have had this experience. Our products should not cause any negative experiences for our fur babies. However, like humans, our pets can have different experiences with new products that are introduced into their system. We would love the opportunity to learn more. Someone from our Customer Experience team will follow up with you shortly to provide support. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Warm regards, PetLabCo.®
