I ordered probiotic chew for my small dog as she was excessively scratching and chewing her paws. I believed the blurb of the ad that it may be a yeast infection/issue. I tried it for 4 days but found it was NOT good for her as she stopped eating, was sick, her poos were liquidy and slimy and worst of all she behaved very differently was staring and not wanting to be comforted.Horrible time for her and me. I did not sign up for a continuation but PetlabCo have already billed me for the next month's supply and have dispatched it without my consent. This is despicable.

I subscribe to PetLab Co's ProBright Advanced Dental Powder for Clean Teeth and Fresh Breath. I needed a dental product for my 12 year old female Yorkie, Ginger after she had several teeth removed by the vet. Recently, one of my orders was shipped to the wrong address. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. I received a replacement product in 24 hours. Great product, too, will continue to use!

It takes too long for delivery. We order, it takes 2-3 days before it’s shipped, then 2 days before we even receive the shipping info, then another 3-5 days before it actually gets to us. You need to get another company!
