I’ve been going to TPW for several years and I’m stronger now. I started with 2 per week and after a year dropped to 1 per week. Works for me.

Today was my second 20 minute workout. Just like the first time I felt great afterwards. Great meaning I could tell my muscles worked hard but I’m not sore. I already feel like I’m getting stronger. Hi enjoy pushing my muscles to their limit and I definitely need a personal trainer next to me to be able to do that.

This workout is perfect for me. Who can’t work in two 20 min sessions per week. My trainer Kippy, is THE BEST! We ave such a great rapport! I have problem knees and she is constantly keeping that in mind and asking me how I’m doing. She cares about her clients.
