I believe I am enjoying success because of my trainer Ray. I respect his foresight and his methods of challenging you. I want to continue!

my muscle are pretty weak, therefore it has been hard, but that is the point to build my muscles again. my trainer Albert is very nice and supportive. he is very patience with me.

Loved my one year membership. It did wonders on my body strength. I tried to go back but couldn’t for personal matter.

It’s a great program for most people. I Unfortunately could not always make the I’m person session, due to family circumstances.

I love The Perfect Workout!!!! I've done resistance training on my own in the past and it always took at least an hour and even then I felt like I'd missed out on something. Not so with Perfect Workout. So EFFICIENT and so SAFE. I love that I have someone setting me up and watching my form as do the exercises. Angela, my trainer is always so motivating. She challenges me to do my best but knows my vulnerabilities so I always feel safe. The Perfect Workout has made a difference in my daily life but also made possible for me to continue to enjoy snorkeling in a tiny cove on Maui that requires climbing down lava rocks to enter and pulling myself up and out to exit. Having more upper body and leg strength has come in handy a couple of time when water conditions changed to less than favorable.

After completing my introductory session I am looking forward to my future with The Perfect Workout. I am especially pleased with their sensitivity to issues for seniors.

The Perfect Workout is a great full-body workout that is efficient and makes a difference. Whether you are not currently working out or are already in good shape this workout will increase your muscle.

I cant believe how great I felt after the 20 minute session with the trainer at the Perfect Workout in West Los Angeles. She started by discussing my health history with me and then we targeted the particular muscle groups we felt were the most weak and needed the most attention. The workout definitely raised my heart rate and 20 minutes is all it took, WOW!!....This workout is great for all age ranges and fits nicely into a busy day. I highly recommend The Perfect Workout!! Check it out, you'll love it!!
