Beware..of fine print cancellation policy
Beware... My trainer was very nice and considerate and helped us through all the workouts. However, if you have any previous joint or muscle injuries, this program may very well cause re-injuries and pains to occur. I’m 73 and after a couple of weeks experienced a left shoulder and elbow aches, Painful enough that I had to stop some of the progrone-workouts one or two weeks at a time and then the pain would resume only to have the injuries reappear. In addition to the elbow and shoulder pain, I developed hip pain during the recovery days and after that was causing great concern. The problem with the trainer is, she wasn’t listening to my ache and pain -issuand-causing me to skip or canceling treatment days by reducing the intensity level of my workouts. I finally quit after six unused exercise programs ( 3 weeks) remaining gave my notice two weeks in advance that I was gonna terminate the program only to find out two weeks later I was billed another 4 weeks worth of training, which I knew the fine print said I would be held to an 30 days advance notice but when you have injuries and have reported them, and I’ve asked for a change in exercise program to accommodate these, I feel I was left out in the cold so beware - be warned.
