I have been attending the PW twice a week for three months. I enjoy going and am starting to feel some improvement, especially in the leg that I broke last August. It is feeling stronger and much more stable. My only complaint is that there is not a website available so I can track my progress. I find this very frustrating. I never know from session to session if I’m lifting more weight, the same or less each time. I am also interested in seeing or knowing which machines I used. I want to track my progress and know where I’m weak and where I’m stronger. I feel in the dark regarding this aspect.

Workouts are strenuous, but doable. You are not pushed beyond your limit, but encouraged to reach your limit.

I’ve trained under a lot of different trainers through the years. I discovered PerfectWorkout a few years ago, when I lived in Dallas. I had a phenomenal trainer there called Kimberly. She was amazing. I didn’t think I would be fortunate enough to not only find a Perfect Workout, but find Perfect Workout with a great trainer. I have done so, at your Jenkintown studio. Ryan is great, different from Kimberly, but excellent in his own way. Your trainers are well-informed, and knowledgeable about what works. In spite if a lifetime “working out”, I never did like it. Still don’t, but I recognize how essential it is to maintain health. PerfectWorkout is ideal because I can get it done quickly! It is efficient, and gets me the results I want.

My trainer (Andreina) was great. She was with me every step of the way, explaining everything in detail. I am very interested in continuing, but right now have a family crisis I need to deal with.

I have enjoyed my virtual workouts with Gabriela and also my time in the studio with Cody. They both are very encouraging and keep my spirits up when I feel like I can’t go on. I have noticed my arm’s and legs toning up very nicely. The nutritionalist Charlotte has been so encouraging and helpful with my diet sending me information about snacks and protein and intermittent fasting. I would recommend TPW to anyone who wants a workout 2 days a week and see results.
