Liz is the best. I don't like to workout. I resist going to the gym normally. But I can't wait to get back there again on Tuesday. Thank you, Liz!! You help me feel powerful.

The staff in the Plano location are the nicest group of people you would ever want to meet. I have been in the building for five years and every time I drop in to say Hi they are very polite. And It did not change after I signed up and started working out. They care and give me ugly looks when I am eating something unhealthy. Also I talk to others in the hallway and when going in and out of the building, This staff is well liked and respected.
