I had my doubts about this website… I…
I had my doubts about this website… I have seen this website for a few of the projects I had worked on the past, but I wasn't sure so really didn't use them. But this time, I was a on tight timeline and I need to get these specific set of hats which were on their website to a specific location and I had to figure out a way to keep costs down. So naturally, I called. Spoke to a rep who told me it takes a day or two to process before shipping, which I completely understand, but I told her my situation and she said, they will try but can't guarantee anything. I had also asked them about overnight shipping costs, and if it was anyway possible we could use our own since we had rates with shipping vendors. And the rep said, sure, just e-mail us the information and a representative will get back to you in about an hour or so. So I waited - I got an e-mail in just under an hour which told me to pay for the items and I send them the packing label. I was expecting delivery in like two days. I am in Northern California, they are in Southern California. But I kid you not, these guys packed up the items, and slapped the label on the box and we got the items overnight! OMG! They were responsive on e-mail and on call - everyone was professional. Sara & Sheetal - You ladies were SOO AMAZING! THANK YOU!! I'll definitely be ordering more from here!! =)
