It is disgraceful how long it takes to…
It is disgraceful how long it takes to receive an order! The price of a rush order is more than unreasonable! Because of this very reason, you have lost me as a customer! Your company is greedy with these prices!!!!! This is far too unacceptable. It takes near 3 weeks to receive an order through USPS, and even those rates are unacceptable. It is not even the USPS fault! It is the fault of this company for not even taking the order over to the USPS for delivery! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Our Shipping information page details that there is a handling time involved, especially when there are multiple brands involved to combine and reduce shipping costs. You always have the choice to proceed with an order prior and reviewing shipping costs, which include handling charges for small sample orders. You chose the USPS Parcel Ground for delivery method. We are sorry that you feel ground shipping costs from USPS are high, however these are directly calculated using dimensional weight from the carrier and including packaging and handling. USPS and all carriers have raised costs over the past two years. Thank you and best of luck.

Product was quality and as described.
Product was quality and as described. My only issue is the shipping was way longer than I am used to. If you are in a rush I would not use them, however if you have time to wait, this may be an option.
