Shipping time is too long, it takes the same time it would buying it from china, they say they have different Wearhouses and it takes time to get the order. But It's taking 3 weeks to get here and Shipping from Cali usually take a 7day.

Too many hats crammed into one box for shipping, customer service not much help. Guess that’s why the prices are low.

We had a issue and the employee was being unprofessional but we fixed the problem

Customer stated the package was not delivered but UPS showed it was with "MET CUSTOMER". UPS investigation is open however the customer insisted on a reshipment or a refund. We were able to resolve the matter to customer's satisfaction.

I've asked you not to do this before and yet this is the second time you've done this to me. My last order was for 8 hats, got an e mail saying your hats r on their way. Only 5 got ordered, 3 ended up on back order. Who knows how long that will be. Please e mail me back once you cannot fulfill my order so I can either change out to different hats or Choose myself, not u, to wait for the backorder to be available

Hats are made of bad quality. Not comfortable at all.

Poor review mostly based on the ordering process- I was able to place an order and pay for the order but was then contacted to be told that I did not meet product quantity requirements and must increase order or cancel. The process would be less misleading if the website only allowed orders to go through only if they meet the requirement. Just frustrating to have to cancel and start over again. I can't say that the product was good or bad as I never got anything.
