I had a delivery that I paid extra shipping for delayed and after sending an email letting them know, Theory11 cleared the shipping fees! Super grateful for their understand and of course love the products.

I never expected Support (Customer Service) to respond to the email I sent it was a goofy long shot, but holy cow, Ms. Mandy L. Was so freaking nice, even if it doesn't turn out the way I want, that was beyond quick to respond, mere hours later. Absolutely fantastic

Their product line has themed products that will appeal to persons with a variety of interests, and their customer service sets a standard for retail that cannot be beaten.

The art/design on all of the merchandise is really good. I bought the Avengers playing cards when they first came out. I love everything about that deck. I like how spiderman was the king of hearts on that design. Unfortunately my dog ruined those but soon after my wife got me the spider-man cards and I just love those too. Finally I got her the wicked playing cards and she loved those. I have nothing but praise for this company!
