The Original Moon LampReviews of theoriginalmoonlamp.com

Product was as described and shipped in the timeframe listed. It’s beautiful and a great size for my desk. Customer service responded promptly when I reached out to them to help determine the right size for my needs. Only thing out of the ordinary was that it did ship from China, which I’m not crazy about, but this company is far from the only one who does that! And I was pleased they were transparent about it. Writing this because the reviews terrified me when I read them here, but I got exactly what I paid for. Good experience.

I ordered two lamps, one Saturn and one Moon. The Saturn was a gift for a friend and she loved it. The moon was for us and we loves ours too! Makes a great mood light.

All in all a really positive experience. The product was delivered late but this wasn't at the fault of anyone but the team was incredibly responsive and I got the product. The product itself is incredibly beautiful and the pictures really dont do it justice. You will love it when you see it person. Also the build seems be to really good - I've dropped it on hard floor and it didnt crack. Would recommend.

Completely beautiful -- everything I hoped it would be!

So impressed with this company! I'm in the UK and was a bit apprehensive about delivery but I needn't have worried - full tracking information was provided and it acually arrived, really well packaged, within a fortnight of my order. Customer service is excellent and, as for the moon lamp itself, it's just fabulous! Love it.

Shopping with Original Moon Lamp was definitely a most pleasant experience. First of all,i'm more than happy with their products! The quality is awesome, and the lamps are beyond beautiful! There were difficulties about shipping to my location because of the situation with covid pandemic, but the customer service did a most amazing job, showed the max amount of kindness and patience and together we easily figured out an alternative way of getting the lamps delivered. Dear Myra,if you're reading this thank you kindly for your kindness and help,i'll never forget it! Shipping to alternate location went perfectly smooth and the lamps arrived in perfect condition, well packed and everything perfectly fitted the description. All in all, i'm more than happy with Original Moon Lamp and will make sure to shop with them again! :-)

Easy assembly (wood base), and it looks just gorgeous on my rack! Plus, it arrived within the ETA, which is great. Extremely happy with my Original Moon Lamp.
