I ordered a Mars Lamp, a replacement cord, and two keychains on Dec 9th. The keychains and cord arrived on Dec 24th. NO Mars Lamp. I contacted them, and they said it must have gotten lost in shipping. The reality is that they created a package slip and never put a package into shipment. They said they'd send another. Now, 2 weeks later, there is still no package on the way and no refund either. Also - the cord they sent does not work with our previous moon lamps. No reply from them when I asked about that. It was the only replacement cord they offered. I have tried to call the support number and I get a constant busy signal. I have tried their online chat portal, again no reply. My last order with them back in 2019 worked out great, and my kids loved their moon lamps. This time, they have taken my money and did not deliver the product. I will not be ordering again.

The Original Moon Lamp worked twice on two Moon Lamps - I often come back from work or after a few glasses of wine to just see if I can get this light which is made in China will ever work. It doesn't. When I first bought one I was with my very bright ten year old nephew (for whom it was for) and my brother (his father) who works extremely hard as a mathematician to see if we could get it to work. It didn't. 45 minutes scratching of chins, I got another sent to me for free. I think we got the new one to work once and the one that never worked which I took back worked ONCE. Both Moons now stay dusty and this afternoon I had another go. I spend hours as the moon literally gets magnetised to various areas of the wooden platform but never lights up let alone rotates. If you want to contribute to the landfill problem do buy this lamp. If you want to spend hours trying to see if you can get this to work - go for it and good luck. If you find it a good mediation/ therapy go for it for there are worse things you could do in an hour or two of your life trying to get that light to levitate let alone rotate. If you want to save your pennies and the environment do NOT buy. I find it interesting that you cannot leave a Google Review. The fact that I have spent this long on 'a review' just illustrates I've spent an hour already on this light and I put it into that part of my life which is 'I have so much to do but let's try and get that light working if not let's chuck the light and leave a review until I work out all the important things I really should be doing'.

Cheap Chinese lamps that do not meet the legal requirement of the UK or EU.... Cheaper knock off versions on eBay that probably won't burn your house down In reply to The original moon lamp. No I haven't received any declaration of conformity and I haven't received a reply from the original complaint that I sent to you.

The company is extremely unresponsive, the original email I received said the lamp would ship out in 72 hours but it did not. I've been attempting to contact them for 3 days, but no one responds to the email link, and the phone number goes no where. Abysmal communication. EDIT 02/03: I messaged them on 02/01 to finally just cancel my order. Instead, on 02/03, they respond and say it was shipped today. It has taken a month for this thing just to ship out, and when I asked that it be cancelled, they completely ignored me and sent it anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered this on December 16. My account was billed on the 16th but it was not shipped until the 26th. Tracking information only shows activity as of Dec. 27 and it appears to still be in China. As of January 25th it still has not arrived. Sent e-mails to the company but all they said was that "it should be delivered very soon." That was 4 days ago. When I ordered this online, their website offered 12-15 days for delivery.

Ordered December 7th and chose 12-15day shipping. It’s January 17th now and I still haven’t received anything. Original tracking number still says It’s in China. It was a gift for Christmas so I contacted contacted them and they told me to wait. Contacted again on the 30th as the tracking still showed it in China and asked to cancel the order. They gave me a different tracking number which seems to show it being shipped On the 27th(when I’m supposed to be receiving it). Asked if this is a mistake or why it was sent this way. They didn’t respond. Told them I no longer want it and asked for my money back 3 times since. The first 2 times they just responded saying it’s on it’s way. Never responded the last time. Customer service phone number doesn’t work. Bill clearly states 12-15 business day delivery. Website is not clear where it’s shipping from.

This company took my order on November 24th and said delivery was stated as 5 business days, I received confirmation of same for delivery. However it sat with the postal company for a month.... because it was coming from China! Nothing but fob offs from customer service. It's been 5 weeks since I ordered and it wont be here for Christmas... Just order off aliexpress at least you know what you are getting.

I ordered a Moon Lamp on Dec 7. I received a tracking number and ordered early so the lamp would arrive well before Christmas (as a present). After various contacts with Customer Service (which btw does not seem to operate 24/7 and is a one-person show) I was told that if the lamp did not arrive by Christmas I would get a refund and could consider the lamp a gift if it still arrived. Although I was not amused that the delivery took so long - all the way from China obviously - so much for the "original" moon lamp! - this gesture was at least the decent thing to do. After Christmas, Dec 26, I contacted the company asking for my refund as there was no lamp. I received no refund, but instead another tracking number (the previous one never ever showed any activity) and suddenly the lamp had been delivered on Dec 27. A full three weeks after my order! It was left on the doorstep as on 27 Dec there was no-one there to receive the package anymore until January 4. I repeatedly asked the company to honor their promise as the whole experience had been very negative AND the lamp was not there before Christmas. I am still waiting for the refund. They do not react anymore.... I advise anybody who wants a Moon lamp to shop elsewhere for one. There are plenty of other suppliers out there. I just happened to pick a bad one.
