Postage is slow but hang in there - the bag is amazing!
I purchased a medium sized non-leather bag personalised with my online name. I opted for the additional shoulder strap and zip. The shipping took around 35 days, however that is not in the seller's control, just mentioning it in this review so potential customers understand to allow for extra time for the order to arrive.Tracking shows postal service in China had the package on 8/11/2023 and it arrived to me in Australia on 13/12/23. The review loses one star for two reasons: 1. the zip does not go all the way across the bag, it sits in the middle of the bag opening leaving large gaps either side therefore not securing the bag's contents nor protecting them from rain/damage. 2. the shoulder strap is thin and feels flimsy compared to the rest of the bag. the bag itself is sturdy and heavy, as soon as the bag is filled I am unsure that shoulder strap would cope with the weight for long, nor is a thin strap comfortable on a shoulder when a bag is bulky. Other than the above, the bag is well constructed, the print is on front and back and is clear and vibrant. The lining is a bright yellow and the fabric feels strong and good quality. There is an internal zip pocket and additional pockets inside. The bag was well packaged, it arrived with an air cushion inside to stop it squashing in transit and it was covered in a dust bag inside the post satchel. The shop provided email updates and offered discounts on a second purchase at the time of order. Suggestions for imrpovement: 1. As the bag is a rectangle shape with significant amount of surface area on the base, it could be improved by having studs on the base. This would protect the base of the bag from floor dirt as well as protect it from being scuffed when placed on the floor. 2. Have a zip or type of clasp that completely closes the top of the bag Overall I am very pleased with the bag and will be using it.
