Surprised in the best way
The updates that are provided as the bag made it's journey to me were informative. The inside of the bag smells good and has a soft, gentle texture that makes the bag a pleasure to use. The artwork on the bag is stunning, far more vibrant and detailed than any photos I saw online. The zippers are smooth, and the handles are incredibly smooth and comfortable to hold. All in all, this bag exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a great purchase and I'm very happy with it.

Happiness is Starting a New Book
I was chosen to select a gift for our book club leader, Rose, who was retiring from her library job but staying on with us. I wanted something “bookish” and just happened to come across a NoteBags ad on Facebook and knew immediately that this was perfect! After ordering a long wallet, I got an email lettIng me know I should receive it by the 27th, but I needed it by the 22nd; I emailed your company back and you kindly worked a miracle—I think I actually got it on the 17th. Rose loved it, and several book club members asked where I’d gotten it. We all thank you so much!

Thank you for sharing this wonderful story, Beth! When your email came in with that deadline, our team knew we had to make it happen - Rose's retirement gift couldn't wait. We love that a Facebook scroll led you to the perfect "bookish" gift, and that it sparked interest among your entire book club. There's something special about a gift that honors both a career in libraries and a continued love of reading. Rose's new chapter may have begun without her library job, but with her book club and her new wallet, the story continues. Thank you for trusting us to be part of that celebration!

Beautiful bag and great quality
Beautiful bag and great quality. I had put off ordering a bag for a while. When my zipper on my old bag (not a Notebag) finally broke I used that as an excuse to finally get my Notebag. So glad I did it is awesome and can't wait to show it off.
Response from TheNoteBagsFeb 2, 2026
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Delana! Sometimes it takes a broken zipper to push us toward something we've been wanting all along. We're thrilled that your Notebag lived up to your expectations with its beauty and quality. Your excitement about showing it off makes our day! Thank you for finally taking the leap and choosing TheNoteBags!
