It took a while for the second bag that…
It took a while for the second bag that I ordered to be delivered, about 6 weeks from ordering, the first bag took about 4 weeks, I did appreciate the regular email updates on the progress of the making and dispatching of the bags. Condition of the bags was good. I am looking forward to getting some use from them.

The purse came in a bag not a box like…
The purse came in a bag not a box like I thought it would and it was squished. Quality is not what I expected either. It would be nice as well if the long strap was removable so you don’t have to tuck it in the purse when you’re not using it.

I ordered the bags for a friend's…
I ordered the bags for a friend's birthday and was given an estimate of arrival, which was pretty spot on. The box that the bag came in was slightly damaged, but the bags were in perfect condition. Both bags are well made and exactly what I ordered.

Gorgeous Reveal
Loved opening my new handbag. It was well packed and is absolutely gorgeous! My only concern were the zippers. When I opened the box the zipper on the inside pocket as well as the top zipper were half zipped but the actual pull tab was pulled all the way over like it should have either been fully zipped or fully unzipped. Unzipping everything for the first time was a slight concern as to whether they'd work properly to close, but all seems well so far. Can't wait to order more bags/wallets for my new collection!

They keep you updated & in touch very…
They keep you updated & in touch very well with the order. I ordered the faux leather which I thought would have a bit more give to it, but still a pretty bag. Would have ordered the real leather but it was way too expensive. Overall, pretty cool bag & design.

I was so happy to see my bag delivered…
I was so happy to see my bag delivered today! It really is so beautiful. My only complaint is that the box it came in was damaged and the bag was crushed a little. I had paid the extra fee for the box and bag to store it in, but I don't think I can fix the box. I would defiantly recommend the bag however, because its just so adorable!

Long Strap Doesn't Attach
The bag is beautiful and the entire process was smooth and I had one of the people updating me in every step of the process. The only reason I am giving them a four instead of a five. Is because I asked for a long leather strap to make it longer. I got the strap, but there is no way that I can attach it to the purse.
