Well made
Handbag took a long time to get here. They are well made and very pretty. There's a nice clasp to keep the bags closed. I do wish you could remove one set of straps. It would be nice if they were optional.

The bag I ordered is awesome and I love…
The bag I ordered is awesome and I love it, the craftsmanship is excellent. My only complaint is the time it took to receive it. I ordered my bag and wallet in mid April and didn’t receive it until May 28th, despite multiple emails saying it would be delivered in 5-7 days once completed. Otherwise the communication from #TheNoteBags was good.

Beautiful bookmark
The bookmark is beautiful. I’m not sure I would do it again, though, because in the end, I paid $30 for a bookmark! A bookmark! Leather or not, that’s a bit too much.

Great product
Great product. The shipping does take long and the wallet and handbag I ordered are being shipped separately, but customer service is quick with responses. I have ordered from them before. Great product.

Great product and great company
My wife loves her custom bag that I got her from you. The quality seems to be good, we just barely received it about a couple of weeks ago. I will say that it took a bit longer than expected to get to us from the date we ordered the bag. I believe it was an additional 10 days outside the maximum number of days the website calculates. But aside from that, everything is great so far.

The purse and wallet are great
The purse and wallet are great. I really like them both and am glad I ordered them. Very nicely made. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because it took a little over a month and a week to get to me. In all fairness to the company I did order it on December 8th just before Christmas and shipping is crazy busy during that time.

My handbag is beautifully crafted
My handbag is beautifully crafted. However, the strap is not what I expected as it is a simple strip of leather with two rivets on each side holding it in place. The zipper is beautiful as it zips from either side - or both. A nice feature. I will be ordering more as this will make a beautiful gift.
