The ordering process was wonderful
The ordering process was wonderful. There were lots of choices. I thought the prices were reasonable, as well. The fist bags came quickly. I ordered 5 bags I had to wait for the next two, then my last one came today. All together it took 9 days for the complete delivery. That really wasn't too bad. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definely recommend your product.

The product is beautiful but the delivery service was horrible. I had the product shipped to my office building to prevent porch pirates from stealing it while I was at work. Delivery was made after business hours and they just threw the package on the ground outside in the rain. I KNOW it was thrown because the plastic outer packaging was torn from the impact on the ground.

Thank you for your feedback, Cherie. We're pleased that you find the product beautiful, but we're very concerned about your delivery experience. We sincerely apologize that the carrier delivered your package after business hours, left it exposed to rain, and handled it roughly enough to tear the packaging. Your proactive effort to have it shipped to your office to prevent theft makes this experience even more frustrating. While delivery handling is beyond our direct control, we take these situations seriously as they impact your overall experience with our brand. If the product itself sustained any damage from this mishandling, please contact [email protected] immediately so we can make it right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your understanding regarding the delivery issues.

Great Wallet shipping time not the best
Love the wallet, want to keep it forever! The ordering process and website is great. Prices for custom items is good. Shipping took two weeks. Package went from Illinois to NY and then sat there for two days before PA where I live. Product is wonderful! Got the wallet, inside is well made and card slots are generous. Money and zip coin holder is also great size. Wristlet is cheap, should be made of better quality leather to match but it is synthetic. I would still purchase but only if I do not want to get it quickly.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Annie! We're delighted that you love the wallet so much and appreciate the generous card slots and well-made interior design. We apologize for the shipping delays - two weeks with unnecessary routing through multiple states is not the efficient delivery experience we aim for. Your observation about the wristlet's synthetic material not matching the wallet's quality leather is valuable feedback for our product consistency. We're pleased that you found our ordering process, website, and custom pricing appealing despite these concerns. Thank you for taking the time to share such comprehensive feedback about both the strengths and areas where we can improve!

I received my new bag yesterday
I received my new bag yesterday, and it is beautiful. The quality appears to be top-notch, and it is exactly as I expected. My only quibble with the company is that the bags are made in China, and shipped directly from there. That did make for a longer delivery time than expected, and a little suspicious of the quality. I would love to see the company look at moving to a more favorable country of manufacture.
Response from TheNoteBagsJul 12, 2025
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, KarenD! We're delighted that your new bag's beauty and quality met your expectations. We appreciate your concerns about manufacturing location. To clarify, TheNoteBags is based in the US and Hong Kong, with most of our products manufactured and shipped from Hong Kong. This allows us to optimize costs and offer competitive prices while maintaining the quality standards you experienced. We understand the longer delivery times can be concerning, and we're continuously working to balance quality, cost-effectiveness, and shipping efficiency for our customers. Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience and suggestions!

Received my handbag a few days ago
Received my handbag a few days ago. It's so big it makes me giggle every time I look at it! Love it!! Sat in customs for about a week which was kinda irritating but not the fault of the company at all. Overall great service.
Response from TheNoteBagsJul 10, 2025
Thank you for your delightful feedback, Jessica! We love that your handbag's size brings you such joy - there's something wonderful about a bag that makes you smile every time you see it. Your understanding about the customs delay is much appreciated. International shipping can involve variables beyond our control, and we're grateful for customers who recognize this. We're thrilled that you're happy with both the product and our overall service. Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience!

I would have given 5 stars but it took quite a bit of time for delivery. This was a Birthday gift for my sister. She received it 6/12/25 and her Birthday was in May. However, she absolutely loves it!! She was so excited to receive the bag.
Response from TheNoteBagsJun 14, 2025
Thank you for your honest feedback, Karen. We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay that caused your sister's birthday gift to arrive so late. Despite the timing issue, we're delighted that your sister absolutely loves the bag and was so excited to receive it. Her joy with the product means a lot to us, even though our delivery timing fell short. Thank you for taking the time to share both the positive and areas where we need to improve. Your feedback helps us work toward better delivery experiences for special occasions.
