Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Shirley! We're thrilled that you're so pleased with your genuine leather Note Bag. Your appreciation of our entire process - from easy ordering to tracking, timely delivery, and protective packaging - means a lot to us. Most importantly, knowing that you loved your large bag so much that you came back for a smaller one is the ultimate compliment. Thank you for being such a loyal customer and for taking the time to share your experience with both bags!
