The meat sticks and the sauces are amazing!

Wonderful company with really great products. My order was damaged during shipment; they refunded 20% and had it delivered only 1 day later. Phenomenal!

I am re-submitting my previous review because their customer service is so awesome. I ordered a ton of products for an August Whole30 and somehow the products got damaged in shipping - FedEx never delivered them, I just got a notification that they were damaged and being returned to sender. I could have cried real tears. If you've done a Whole30 before..you know how important sauces are. I reached out to their customer service and they resolved my issues ASAP and were so nice. Thank you to The New Primal for saving my August Whole30!

Jerky was delicious and the whole office enjoyed it! Will be coming back!

I wanted to love it, but I just didn't. The jerky was kind of tough and flavorless, and the meat sticks were weird. The BBQ thins were better, but still, overall, just not great. Le sigh. I guess there's a reason people put sugar in beef jerky.

Was confused by the offer of a subscription and did t realize it meant automatic reoccuring orders. I contacted the company and they did resolve it immediately. Love the products

I just placed an order with The New Primal on Monday morning at 10am and was more than a little surprised when I got a text on Tuesday around lunchtime that my order had been delivered. Unreal fulfillment and delivery time! As a long time customer, I continue to be impressed with their new products and just how tasty they are while having such clean and simple ingredient profiles. Favorite sauce: mustard BBQ.

I love the new mustard based BBQ sauce! The flavor is amazing and bonus points for Whole 30 approved!
