My family has been purchasing the grass fed beef sticks for several years. We always enjoyed them very much. We recently had an experience with bone in two sticks. We contacted the company and they sent us two replacement boxes which we greatly appreciated. In the meantime, we had already purchased two more boxes of beef sticks. My family has noticed a change in flavor on the most recent 4 boxes of beef sticks that we don't find to be as favorable. The ingredients and packaging are the same. We are not sure what changed.

Bbq sauces have a really weird texture, for my taste. Didn't care for the bbq's, but the buffalo's were good.

I love the Spicy New Primal Beef Sticks and have been eating them for a couple years now. I'd give five stars to my previous orders but this one was different. The sticks are much softer than what I have had in the past. I wonder if I got a bad batch or if New Primal changed the recipe. Hopefully the former!

love the hot sauces, love the customer service on this order, but when I reached out for another order, I get told, "we can't work with you on future orders" I will find another sauce that doesn't cost so much to ship. One of the cons for living in Alaska.

I signed up for a subscription but then it stopped earlier this year and I was never notified why. Very weird. My brother Dave Brooks had the same thing happen to him

The sauces were DELICIOUS! I loved all of them. Unfortunately one of my sauces came shattered and the sauce had leaked all over the box (and I missed out on the classic sauce). Otherwise it was a great experience.
