Hello Michael, thank you for your feedback. The pins and tools are included in the kit, but we’re happy to guide you through it or send replacements if anything was missing. You shouldn’t need to go to a jeweler for setup. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll help you get everything sorted. The Mod Projects Team

Hello, we’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t a pleasant one, especially with the delivery and missing component. A missing screw should not happen, and we understand how that affects the overall perception of the product. We’ll also review the delay in our response time, as that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. If you’re open to it, we’d like to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will assist you directly. The Mod Projects Team

Hi Cranford, we’re really sorry to hear this, you should have received your order or a clear resolution much sooner. From what you described, it seems your shipment didn’t move as expected with our logistics partner. That’s not the experience we aim to deliver. Your case was handled by our support team, including Claire, and if the refund process also felt difficult, we’ll review this internally as it should have been straightforward. We’d like to make sure this is fully resolved. Please contact us again at [email protected] with your order number so management can step in and close this properly. The Mod Projects Team

Hello Steve, we’re sorry to hear this, that’s not the experience we want you to have. Our support team replies to all requests. Please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us again at [email protected] and we’ll handle your return right away. Regarding the watch faces: with the correct settings and by following the step-by-step tutorial we provide after purchase, the faces stay active and refresh when you raise or tap the screen. What you’re experiencing usually comes from the setup not being fully completed, and we’re happy to guide you through it. We’re here to resolve this for you. The Mod Projects Team

Hello Arthur, thank you for the thoughtful review, we’re really glad to hear you had a good experience with both the shopping process and our customer service. We appreciate the detailed feedback. Fit can vary depending on wrist shape and how the watch sits, and switching to the silicone band is often a great option for a more flexible feel. We’re happy you’re taking the time to try it out. If you need any help along the way, our team is always here. The Mod Projects Team
