We've used 3 other companies in the Crystal City (VA) area and The Minte has proven to be the most reliable while still being affordable. We've had about 5 cleaning services provided and I'd rate 4/5 of those as "Outstanding!" and 1/5 as "Sufficient/good". Each staff member that has gone through our place has been professional and kind. There were some scheduling hiccups but I'd say it was more my fault and and the limitations of their reservation system (I wanted first Mondays of each month). In any event, The Minte has always been accommodating of my schedule and to any last-minte changes that needed to be made. Given that this is the 4th company we've been through in the last year, it's safe to say I have high standards so please consider this review well-vetted.
