This is the most unsympathetic company I've even been in contact with..I purchased an 'immortal hulk Funko pop' that damn near sold out immediately last I knew, after I got my confirmation purchase email I heard nothing for months. After finally getting a message saying it was delivered I thought it to be a mistake given that it was a holiday weekend, and no one knocked on my door as I was home in entirety, someone always is. Unfortunately my neighbor, a couple days after receiving the delivery email, said that my package was delivered to my front door and some crack head lady on a bike came by and grabbed my parcel almost immediately after the dumbass delivery driver sped away. I had reached out with concerns and in high hopes your company would be sympathetic towards the situation and e able to help me, instead your employee pushed me away and onto FedEx making it their problem. I reached out to fed ex explained everything I just mentioned and they said because I paid for economy service, that's what I got. That is the most ridiculous upsurd thing I've ever heard in response to a customer that didn't get anything they purchased months ago. Something needs to be done immediately.
