i ordered the entertainment earth exclusive sub zero. came in perfect condition with a case for it. will be doing business again!!!

Packaging and shipping was top tier. I bought Figpins, one was an XL pin which are notorious for breaking easily in transit due to bad packaging from the manufacturer. So bad the company actually decided to stop producing them recently. These however, arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

Pops always come in mint condition been a client for since 2018 and ive never been let down best customer service.

I placed an order it was accidentally a duplicate and within an hour they had cancelled the duplicate order! So helpful! I also love the mobile version of their website. So easy to use on my phone!

Ended up needing to cancel a preorder because I ordered the wrong one (oops!). They were so kind and understanding, responded immediately, and help me take care of it.

Fast and friendly service. There was a mistake with my order and they refunded me completely. Very understanding, and I will be using their service again with confidence.

Perfect Product - Fast Shipping - Items came double boxed to avoid damage. 5 STARS I will be shopping from MIGHTY HOBBY SHOP again soon
