Ordered on June 23 no communication I sent a message about my FiGPiN. Responds fast and said they will all be shipped out on the 31st. I posted on their site on July 3rd saying July 9 is unlock day for the FiGPiN. July 3rd label made on a Saturday on Fourth of July weekend. Still waiting and it’s July 10 I missed unlock day. I contacted them and sorry is all they said and will fix it in the future. That doesn’t help me at all and I’m pissed about it. Didn’t try to make it right or anything. Really horrible service stay away from them if you collect FiGPiN or any collectible.

Would not try and help when the delivery company made a mistake and delivered package to the wrong address. Tried to make a claim with fed ex gave them the tracking number and address but since my address didn’t match the one it was delivered to I couldn’t make the claim. They said the shipper had to call and give their information to show that the item was delivered to a alternate address but unfortunately they did everything but help. They basically said we got our money it’s your problem now.

I think you guys package things well, despite some delays. And your customer service is EXCELLENT. Just absolutely amazing. But your taxes and shipping rates are INSANE. Other places that serve Funko pops allow me to buy a certain amount and then offer free shipping plus no taxes after that. It’s been a hassle to buy from you guys because of that reason. Everything else is great, but if you guys could lower your shipping costs, I would go to you guys every time. I just paid almost $15.00 in taxes and shipping for one item that cost. Also on further investigation, what is “Brownsville Municipal Tax”?? Seriously, please reconsider these extra costs-its really ridiculous.

Very satisfied with product availability and quality. The items I ordered arrived faster than other vendors that I’ve used previously. I will definitely be recommending the Mighty Hobby Shop to my fellow collectors.
