SCAMMERS! I ordered my arcane funkos back in November of 2023. I ordered each one and patiently waited for shipment information. After a year, I requested a refund. They told me they would give me a refund and would ship the items they had in stock. I received two funkos and no refund. The customer support is terrible. No one will give you an honest answer. Getting them to actually respond is like pulling teeth, they REFUSE to answer. I need more people to be alert that they’re a scam. As of now, they’re still doing preorders for the arcane funkos with false shipment dates. Horrible company. Horrible people. I hope they get what’s coming to them.

Scam! Pre-ordered funko shirts. Got delayed delayed delayed. Then they canceled the order and now I cant get a refund. No response to emails, no number to call, nothing. Ive been trying to get a refund for over 6 months now and nothing.

I pre-ordered The Owl House funko pop bundle as a gift to a friend from this seller. A disaster. After waiting 2 years, my friend reached out and asked about this gift and to my mortification realised the funkos in question had been released for over a year at that point. I know mistakes happen, so when I initially reached out to the seller I was asking on the status and when they expected these to ship. I was told it would be ‘soon’ and to watch the website for updates. I patiently checked the site for an additional 3 months, and the site provided no meaningful updates. It simply as if the ‘shipping’ date for the bundle was getting pushed out a month at a time as soon as the previous month ended. I reached out again asking for a firm deadline on shipping, or for a refund if they could not fulfil the order. (Again, I emphasis this is a year after I know the funkos were released). I was told they would ship what they had, and refund what I was otherwise owed. This seemed reasonable, but I would regret not pushing for a complete refund anyway. One funko arrived. Out of a set of 5. I had anticipated not getting the chase figure, but to only have one of the set when the rest were still easily available from other sellers made me think the company made no put effort into truly resolving this order at all. So I waited for the refund to come through so I could source the funkos myself. I waited over 2 weekes and I heard nothing, so again I had to reach up and press for the refund. I calculated I was owed at least $60 to cover my loss from an order of $92.50. When the refund came through it was $50. I was charged $29 (shipping was charged at $13.52) for a funko that— even at launch— was never cost that amount and, by the time it was shipped to me, was being sold for $14.99. A scam. I would not trust purchasing anything from this company, and definitely would never pre-order anything. The replies were minimal, barely helpful, never committed to any timeline for resolution, and I felt I only got as much as I did because towards then end was because I kept emailing. I successfully ordered 3 of the outstanding funkos elsewhere and had them delivered to my friend within the week.

It's been 2 years since I preordered Gear 5 Luffy and Tengen chase bundles. When I inquire about my order "Julio" does not give a straight answer. I'm looking into ways to report this business for scamming and getting a full refund. STAY AWAY!!

They are a horrible business, they have an AI chat email response and after a year, they finally cancelled my preorder, yet haven't refunded me! Theyre phone is disconnected and they dont respond on socail media... DO NOT BUY

Preordered a Spiderman NWH pop and have yet to receive it. They finally cancelled my order but won’t answer emails about a refund. Their number is out of service too.

It's shameful that every story seems to be the same and I had the same exact experience - I preordered the Funkos months ago. Asked for an update multiple times after my wife and I saw the preordered Funkos on display at a Barnes & Noble. It's like pulling teeth with Julio - "they haven't come in yet, see our preorder chart." And it's a snip of an Excel spreadsheet showing a few items with various dates, all of which have already past. I figured enough is enough, I asked for a refund, and I guess (as someone else mentioned) he *had the products the ENTIRE time, in hopes you would forget about it.* I'm now getting 1 of the 4 Funko's I preordered and will hopefully receive a refund on my other 3, but I'm not holding my breath. Absolutely shameful. Your store is in the Rio Grande Valley, I have huge respect for the people there. You are doing an absolute dis-service to the entire south of Texas by pulling this kind of sham.

A big time scam, paid my order 1 year ago OCTOBER 2024, the shipping date was promised DECEMBER 2024, it then changed to MARCH 2025, and today its OCTOBER 2025, A YEAR LATER, and there is still nothing happening. The shipping date constantly changes. Have been writing to them via email and they dont really seem to care. When are my items coming ???? or my money ???
