Sorry your experience hasn’t been great. We do stand behind our products, but in this case the cook data from your MeatStick 4 shows it went past the designed temp limit listed in our product specs. Just like if you drop a phone and crack the screen, damage from overheating isn’t covered under warranty. That’s why we couldn’t replace it for free. We still offered you a discounted replacement so you can get back to cooking. For your other Stick, we need the order info to confirm it was purchased new and still under warranty. Sometimes used or out-of-warranty Sticks are resold, and we have to verify eligibility before sending a replacement. Once we confirm that, we can arrange it.

This set works best for direct cooking, such as stovetop use, and is designed to be used as an additional Stick alongside an Xtender or WiFi Bridge Set for extended range. To help improve performance, we recommend using either an Xtender or WiFi Bridge. I’ve received my second WiFi Bridge and setup isn’t working. I’ve submitted a support request almost a week ago and no response. The first one I purchased worked intermittently but the 5 probes have bought over the years and app work great! If support was better and the WiFi bridge worked I would give 5 stars but I may have to switch to a competitor because we need to be able to check data via Wii from anywhere, anytime.

Meatstick v is terrible the older models had no connectivity issues I tried and tried but temperatures would be at 160 then to 77 and then at times shutoff poor quality

Thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry for the issues you’re facing. As mentioned in your support ticket, there’s a known issue affecting some iOS devices when using our latest firmware, which uses Bluetooth 5 LE Long Range Mode to improve signal and range. On some iOS versions, this can causes the phone to read the wrong temperature from the Stick, causing it to show incorrect readings (e.g., 77°F instead of 160°F), even though the correct temperature is still being received and shared by the WiFi Smart Base which is why you see it jumping up and down. Restarting Bluetooth or the phone resolves this for the cook. We’re rolling out a firmware update to fully fix this and expect it to be available soon.

Værste termometer… Nu har jeg haft den i 3 år og det har aldrig nogensinde fungeret, utroligt jeg bliver ved med at prøve..🤮 Kan ikke holde forbindelsen, kan ikke oprette forbindelse, viser ikke korrekt temperatur, Bridgen er noget ustabilt skrammel… Utroligt man kan lave sådan en omgang billig og ubrugelig møg termometer til så mange penge…
