Very excited!
Very excited that all I needed to do is send pics showing it didn’t work and I received a new one. I’ll need to come up with a meal so that I can try this one soon. Thank you!

Actually great customer service
Actually great customer service, I had issue with 1 of my meatsticks ( have 3 and extender ) apparently beyond warranty period. Instead of leaning on that they were happy to replace it. I’ve suggested to many friends about this product love it.
