The Luxury PergolaReviews of theluxurypergola.com

Great product and support

The Luxury Pergola company is great. Their customer service is top notch. Most companies have little to no customer service these days. I had all my questions answered & linked to videos to help me. I spent a long time comparing pergolas. They are not cheap, but neither is their product! Neighbors & friends had pergolas that did not stand up to the wind gusts we sometimes get. Spend the money up front for quality & you can't go wrong. The lifetime warranty CAN NOT be beat!

The choice for me was obvious. The structural integrity and attention to detail that The Luxury Pergola provides is hand's down superior to the competition. Chase Bess was very responsive to all my questions and exceeded my expectations with his helpful insights. Thanks again.

Excellent experience with Luxury Pergola. We did extensive research on multiple companies. Their product is heavier then the others and from what we investigated the powder coating is superior. We even looked into the benefit of how their coating is applied. All of their products (except screws) are made in the USA which gave us more confidence in their products. When we had any questions regarding delivery or construction Patrick Hill from the company either answered or called us right back. Customer service was above & beyond proving it was not a big conglomerate corporation.

When I found this Company, I called for a quote Chase the sales person immediately gave me a ton of information about their product and was able to give me a price right away to make my decision price was exactly what I was looking to spend. I couldn’t believe I was able to buy direct Through the manufacture. And save so much money. Also I was happy to hear that the product was made here in the USA using high-quality material and also I was very happy about direct shipping to the consumer versus going to a shipping company and worrying about boxes getting damaged and having to put a claim in delivery was actually very well coordinated. I would get text messages from the driver telling me exactly when and what time approximately they will be arriving. I had no problem helping him unload the truck. when my Pergola was installed, the person that I use locally to do the installation was very impressed with the product step-by-step. instructions and Video were given to me. My installer said that he would definitely use this company in the future for his customers, I was also happy with the finish powder coating paint on the product. My wife and I are truly satisfied with our experience. I would highly recommend the luxury Pergola company. Thank you Lorenzo and Rosa DiBari Monmouth County area of New Jersey

The web page details for the construction, photo gallery and positive reviews from satisfied customers made it an easier transaction to purchase. The fact that it is a USA product with accessible support to help with my custom order and personally answer questions to order, delivery and construction earned Luxury Pergola 5 stars.

Patrick was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions over the phone and was very prompt sending me the information I needed for my building permit with the city. I received the pergola within 4 weeks from placing my order and all parts were in perfect condition. It was a great experience working with The Luxury Pergola.

We put in 10X13 pergola on our new patio and it is perfect. I did a fair amount of research, and found cheaper units, but none better. This a top-quality unit. Assembly is straightforward but I absolutely recommend that you review the videos before tackling this so you know what you are getting into, and make sure you have all the tools and ladders on hand before you start. Ordering is easy, and the unit arrived on schedule. All extrusions are pre-cut and fit together perfectly. Two of us put this together in about 9 hours or so. The result is a stunning addition to our home. Highly recommended.
