Support was really exceptional
Support was really exceptional. Chase was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a 4 section unit attached to our house. Couldn't have done it without Chase. Pergola looks fantastic. Very well designed and manufactured. Transformed the back of our house.

The Luxury pergola is extremely high…
The Luxury pergola is extremely high quality. We unfortunately had a medium size tree fall and hit the pergola and only the trim to one side of the roof was damaged. We got replacements from Luxury Pergola and it is good as new. The company provided excellent customer service as well and even proactively followed up with me a month later to make sure everything was still going well.
Response from The Luxury PergolaApr 29, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear that even after a falling tree, your Luxury Pergola held up so well—only a trim piece needed replacement. It was our pleasure to get you up and running again with replacement parts, and we’re happy to know everything looks and feels “good as new.” We believe in standing behind our products long after the sale, so it was important to us to check in and make sure you were completely satisfied. If you ever need anything else—whether it’s maintenance tips, additional accessories, or just a quick question—please don’t hesitate to reach out. Here’s to many more years of worry-free enjoyment under your pergola!

Enjoying the pergola every day.
We wanted the easy maintenance of an aluminum pergola, but were concerned about the impact of high winds. We live on acreage in open country. This Luxury Pergola isn't flying anywhere. It is stout! Our build was a little tricky, a Super Pergola made up of 12x17, 12x20 and 12x11 pergolas. Between the printed manual, instructional videos and tech support from Patrick Hill we have a top tier structure. It adds dimension and interest to our simple dog trot house. No more harsh morning sun in our kitchen, but we still have a grand view. Now we use our deck on a daily basis. It was a bit of a waste before the pergola. This pergola is a luxury indulgence that we don't regret.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that your custom “Super Pergola” configuration—combining 12×17, 12×20, and 12×11 modules—has proven its mettle on your open-country acreage. Our aluminum design is engineered for low maintenance and maximum strength, so knowing yours “isn’t flying anywhere” in high winds means we’ve done our job right. We’re also glad the printed manual, instructional videos, and Patrick Hill’s tech support helped make the tricky build feel seamless. It’s wonderful that your new pergola adds dimension to your home, shields your kitchen from harsh morning sun, and still preserves that grand view. Best of all, you’re enjoying your deck every day—exactly why we build these luxury structures. Thank you for trusting Luxury Pergola, and here’s to years of comfortable, carefree outdoor living!

Awesome,beautiful and functional!
We had an excellent experience with luxury pergola. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and we even got help on the day of assembly to know how to assemble it. It is very heavy and that's why we bought it for heavy winds in the Outer Banks. it is beautiful and we love it!
