I’d like to make a special mention of Joda Alura. I’ve just finished booking in my family’s trip to the Maples Niseko in January 2027. We’ve booked accommodation, lift passes, ski gear, transfers and lessons with Joda. All of it was seamless. She was so helpful and responsive. It was five star service.

I sent an email to double check my reservation and ask for additional service to receive my Amazon package. She gave me a sincere and prompt reply on all the information I need, including the parking info and address info. The information is very clear. I am expecting the stay in this hotel.
