Stellar service with Nisade especially Gracie’s kind gesture!
We booked 3 nights stay at Kozue Niseko with Nisade and I must say the support by the team was amazing. After a few days post booking the property for our stay, I realised they adjusted the price for each night to a slightly lower rate. I emailed them to confirm that and asked if they could honour the lower rate for my stay since it was only a few days ago when I booked the property. Gracie from Nisade reservations responded within 24hrs and offered to adjust my room rate to match the current lower rate as a one time goodwill gesture. I understand this is sincerely out of goodwill and I truly appreciate the gesture! Also on other requests like airport transfer, they responded rather promptly and I’m already enjoying their stellar service even before I started my holiday. Thank you team Nisade!
