We had the wonderful assistance of Niro from Nisade to book our Niesko accommodation, return airport transfers, ski passes and equipment. She provided all the information we required so we could make the decisions, then it was all organised seamlessly and quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Niro to help with holiday planning and booking.

She'll be so pleased to know she made a difference. We hope you have a fantastic time in Niseko and look forward to welcoming you soon. The Luxe Nomad team

Our Guest Experience Executive, Joda Alura, was outstanding. She gently encouraged me to make the necessary reservations early, helping us secure advance pricing while also identifying the missing pieces needed to create a complete and seamless ski vacation. I’m very grateful for her thoughtful guidance and attention to detail!

Joda has a real talent for knowing when a gentle nudge can make all the difference, and she'll be so pleased to hear her thoughtful guidance helped bring your ski holiday together. We hope you have an amazing trip and look forward to welcoming you soon. The Luxe Nomad team

Really appreciated Maydel, one of the staff from Nisade, for assisting us with the booking of Fenix Furano and Fenix West this year. We have had nice trips in The Vale Rusutsu and Fenix for the last three years. The staff are helpful and nice, and the accomodation experience was far beyond our expectation. The rooms are clean and the facilities are sophisticated. (*If Fenix Furano provided conplimentary water last year as Fenix West and The Vale Rusutsu had done, then it would be perfect.)
Response from The Luxe NomadJul 31, 2026
Dear Stephen, Three years with us already—what a pleasure to read. Thank you for your continued support, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words on to Maydel. She'll be so pleased to know she made your booking experience an easy one once again. We also appreciate your feedback about the complimentary water at Fenix Furano and will share it with the team. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay. The Luxe Nomad team
