The Luxe NomadReviews of theluxenomad.com

Jesse was an incredible help with all aspects of our recent Niseko booking, but particularly when we had a small issue with scheduling (our fault), and The Luxe Nomad was amazingly responsive and got us out of a pickle by rescheduling aspects of our travel. Jesse was a delight to deal with and always responded promptly. Thanks Jesse and TLN! We will definitely book through you again in future. Jacquie

The Luxe Nomad team was a tremendous help with our niseko booking and provided timely responses to all our requests. They also helped with booking our transfers and ski lessons. It was a pleasure dealing with their concierge team and I would recommend The Luxe Nomad to anyone looking for a full service booking agent.

Great concierge team - helped me with my trip to Bali & Sri Lanka! They have a great selection of Niseko properties too. Looking forward to my next luxe nomad holiday

These guys at Lux Nomad are awesome, great insights and communication is like a professional tour guide. I've travelled many countries and this team take all the stress out in places you don't really know. I'm booking the next one through them soon!

This is our second year booking a Japan trip to Niseko with The Luxe Nomad and we will continue to do so each year. All the team that we have dealt with go above and beyond to make the trip as seamless and organised as possible. Their response time is excellent and the service is so professional.

Niro from Luxe Nomad was amazing from the start. As first timers to Niseko, Niro’s help in booking accommodation, transfers, lift passes and dinner reservations was exceptional. Any questions we had were dealt with in a prompt, clear and cheerful manner. Could not recommend them more.

Aidee and the Luxe Nomad team helped us and 2 other families in Niseko with finding accommodation, booking restaurants and karaoke night and organising transport over the busy New Year period. They put together a great itinerary for us that was easy to follow and made changes for us as needed and were super helpful. Will definitely use them again when we return to Niseko.

I found luxe nomad when I was 'price shopping' online for a specific few properties for a ski trip. Not only were they cheaper than any other site I came across (for exactly the same property + dates) but once I was in their orbit they were SOOOOO helpful. Niro emailed with comprehensive instructions and offered other services I had thought I'd need to organise myself. Always quick to respond by email with advice and links, they were great.
