We recently stayed at Konkuriito G - Yukibana in Niseko and booked with The Luxe Nomad / Niseko Central. The service was outstanding, we booked 6 months in advance and The Luxe Nomad always kept in contact with us and helped us organise everything from bus transfers to and from Sapporo Airport, to lift passes waiting for us at the accommodation on arrival, to booking restaurants and also giving us many suggestions. The accommodation itself surpassed our expectations, I can rate it high enough, I wish there were more stars! Everyone was super helpful but I'd like to thank one person in particular and that is Aidee T. Aidee's customer service was above and beyond, she made everything so easy and was a delight to communicate with. I have no doubt we will return again and we'll definitely be booking through The Luxe Nomad.

Thank you Luxe Nomad for organising my third trip to Niseko. Everything was well organised and all instruction clear. I cannot see myself using another travel company to organise my next ski trip to Niseko. Good job!

My family and I are just back from a vacation in Niseko arranged through The Luxe Nomad. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and would compliment The Luxe Nomad for exceptional service. From pre-travel amendments to my party, through to last minute changes to our departure plans (executed the day before we left!), The Luxe Nomad Concierge team (Aidee, Gabi, etc) responded swiftly and positively to our every need. In addition to the fabulous service we experienced from Concierge team, I would also like to note that the vendors used by The Luxe Nomad were also excellent. Our accommodation (Nozumi Views) was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids), and our ski equipment rental, lessons arrangements (both via NBS), etc, all happened without any fuss whatsoever. The airport transfers were seamless and we just had the opportunity to enjoy everything Niseko had to offer, without any issues or concerns with any of the logistics. I'd highly recommend use of The Luxe Nomad. We will certainly be engaging them again for our next visit to Japan.

Overall we had an excellent trip with great snow and we both really appreciate the efforts you and your team put in to make it so easy. Every piece of correspondence was easy to follow and your advice was spot on. Great job to you and thanks!! on individual aspects of the trip I offer the following: Accommodation: Kirra Kirra - excellent. beautifully clean, well located and equipped. The team could not have been more helpful! two notes for consideration: 1. the midweek cleaning team can be encouraged to do more. I thought they were nervous to find me on site and were in and out in about two minutes. I felt they wanted to do more but wanted to disturb me less 2. three tea bags is pretty stingy Lifts: If your clients have skied a lot and I have, the lifts are poor. there is little safety on about four of them and they felt quite slow and insecure by international standards. its was also frustrating when many of the lifts go on wind hold, the lift company continued to sell tickets creating massive waits. 1hour 40 for me to get to the top of the mountain on one day. NBS Lessons: The admin staff offered excellent and friendly service. they couldn't do enough to help. I was disappointed with the instruction however. 4 different instructors over 5 days. only one actively instructed, (an English girl named Violet) with the others it seemed just skiing. I do note that I stressed my son was an aggressive 14 year old but I did expect more. By comparison, other ski schools he has been in, he has had one or max two different instructors over 5 days, and the children will both ski hard and complete a series of drills focussing on technique. This was not the case at NBS. On each day I spoke to the instructors in the morning and in the evening. only Violet expressed in detail what they had worked on. Only Violet received comment from my son that he leaned more than one thing. More concerning however was my lad was taken by an instructor to an area close to the ski area boundary. It is a black and in some areas double black diamond area. (I think its called the Super ridge area ) My son told me he was very scared here because of the steepness and depth of snow. (he lost a ski for 30 minutes in a fall) I skied the area and there are a number of drop offs that I would consider very challenging. I did get the feeling that the instructor wanted to ski there for his own benefit rather than the benefit of his client. Japan Powder Connection: My guide was named Sophia and overall I found her to be very friendly, chatty and obliging. I have no hesitation in recommending her personally though in the future the brief she received was probably to vague from me. I didn't learn much and frankly could have found my way to the areas she took me, so I'm not sure it was particularly good value. Niseko Sports Equipment Hire: Service was beyond excellent. the team could not do enough to help and I send my thanks to Chris, Cody, Alex and Tom who I got to now pretty well. Please pass on my thanks to their bosses. The office was brilliantly located and the shoe minding during the day was terrific. Some of the hire venues I have used in the past have turned over equipment faster, thus by comparison some of the gear used seemed like it could be due for an upgrade but other than that, it was excellent. Overall, your team have been great and thanks for enabling such a terrific trip.

Both the accommodation and staff were excellent. We had a family group of 8 and the accommodation at KonQ- Hannah no Hanna was perfect for our needs. We were a short distance from the village bus stop although in the lower Hirafu village was not too far to get to the main shopping area or ski field. Local staff were excellent and thanks again to Niro for all his assistance during our booking and arrival.

The concierge team is very helpful and professional. Everything is 99% pre-arranged with their help. Quick and helpful response as much as they could.

It's our first time to use The Luxe Nomad services and I must say that they exceeded our expectations! We don't know anything when we book our trip to Niseko, thankfully Aidee & the team helped us with providing all the necessary information. They are always ready and so patient to answer all our queries. We're glad that they referred Skye Niseko, we enjoyed our trip very much especially our little girl. Would definitely use The Luxe Nomad again in our future travels. Thanks again and more power to you guys!
