The Luxe NomadReviews of theluxenomad.com

Luxe Nomad is a Dream Team! Luxe Nomad's efficiency and promptness surpassed my expectations. No question or problem was too small to ignore and LN is a perfect ONE-STOP service from accommodations bookings ( very reasonable rates compared to other booking websites) to recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, transportation, etc. Many thanks to Joey, Head of Concierge who did a superb job and the other members of the Luxe Nomad team. Well done! We enjoyed our Bali holiday indeed. Sim Lee on behalf of her travelling friends.

Excellent customer service with quick and personalized response. Superb job for the team!!! 5 stars!!!!

I have used The Luxe Nomad a few times now and I have always experienced amazing personal service, excellent quality and selection of villas and a wide range of help offered by their concierge team with booking restaurants, dinners cooked in the villa, boats or yoga teachers. It makes the holiday experience stress free and extra special. I have just returned from Villa Melissa in Bali with them and everything was faultless. The fact that they are trying to be as environmentally minded as possible really impressed me. Drinking water in reuseable glass bottles, no plastic straws - these small changes make a big difference over time. Great work guys! We cannot wait for our next trip with you!

Thank you Nikki for guiding me all along on booking for our stay via Nomad. Nikki was prompt on all her response. She gave me a few options base on my budget and I was really impressed when she was able to value add and made a couple of good suggestions for my trip. I was kind of lost at the beginning because this was my very first ski-trip taking the family for a Ski expedition this coming winter. I hardly come across such good customer service. Really very please with the service. Kudos to Nikki! and keep it up Nomad!!

Booking for our stay via Nomad has been a breeze thanks to our travel curator, Nikki. Nikki was prompt and polite in all her responses and was really impressed when she was able to value add and made a couple of good suggestions for my trip when the room I wanted was fully booked. Thumbs up to Nikki!

Excellent customer service. Booking representatives Ling, Nikki are professional, polite, patience, and responsive. Very pleased with their service!

first time booking with luxe nomad and they have been very helpful. will definitely use their services again. btw Grace was my travel curator and she's superb.

This was my first time arranging a holiday to Niseko with Luxe Nomad and they delivered high standards of great customer service. A big thanks to Alexandra, Niro, Reichelle, Felicity and especially to Aidee for a job well done, they made the holiday preparations so seamless, they arranged for everything from the hotel booking to the ski equipment rental and arranging for our ski lessons as well. They could also offer other complimentary services like airport transfers, booking of other snow activities and restaurant reservations, although we managed this on our own. I would highly recommend a stay at Hyatt House Niseko through Luxe Nomad, the apartments are well built and equipped, near the bus stop where all buses stop to go to various places of your choice, lots of restaurants and food stalls all within a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment and the staff at the reception were also professional and efficient. The convenience store was also just a couple of minutes walk away. I would highly, highly recommend Luxe Nomad for anyone wanting to stay at any of the properties that they deal with, I have never such an easy time arranging for holidays before!
