The Luxe NomadReviews of theluxenomad.com

It was a pleasure to have Niro attending to our request and we had a great time during our stay in Ki Niseko. Everything is just fabulous and we appreciate all the arrangement & attentiveness of Niro throughout the entire reservation of hotel, ground arrangement, ski with GoSnow. Will definitely recommend Luxe Nomad to friends!!

Our ski holiday at Aya niseko was super enjoyable. Jesse, in particular, was exceedingly helpful, thoughtful and patient in helping us with bookings and recommendations. Her responses to our emails were always very fast, And when I was slow in deciding or booking, she would send gentle reminders. Keep up the great work!!

My experience with Luxe Nomad has been most wonderful. Response from the team especially Jesse is always fast and accurate, not only towards room reservation but also my other needs like transportation, restaurant bookings, bedding configuration, and changes require along the way. Keep up the excellent work and you have a very happy and loyal customer here.

We have the opportunity to be assisted by Jesse for our Niseko trip. It was our first trip to Niseko and Jesse is very helpful in giving recommendations on the duration of the visit, activities that we can do, map and transport informations, and other various information. He helped us with the bookings for hotel Skye Niseko, various snow activities (skiing, snow mobiles, and snow walking tour) with GoSnow, YamaRental, NAC, and dinner reservations at Sessa Hotpot. He responded promptly our questions and any last minute emails. He also regularly followed ups with any decisions that we still have to make. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to book through Luxe Nomad for their holiday trip to Niseko! Thank you Jesse and Luxe Nomad!

Joey and her team were excellent! They were professional, friendly, helpful and responsive. All of requirements were met and we were pleased they tried to understand why we made certain specific requests and tried to accommodate them. Great concierge service!

Niro was super helpful, patient n very responsive. She has made our ski holiday much more enjoyable.

This was our first time using your services, and will definitely not be our last. Niro and team, thank you very much for all the help rendered in the run up to our holiday. You were very patient despite the numerous questions and hundreds of emails in the lead up. You were also on hand to help when we needed during our trip. Here's wishing you a lovely Christmas, and an even better year ahead. Regards.

First time engaging The Luxe Nomad and they were instrumental for our lovely vacation in Hokkaido. Joey W is a star and despite my busy work schedule, he patiently helped to coordinate the travel plans of the two families comprising nine people and even spotted discrepancies so that I could return the rental car on time. Many thanks Joey and the TLN team!
