Excellent service
The service provide by Luxe Nomad was excellent. Service was prompt and Jesse was a great help with recommendations and bookings of the ski lessons, and ski rentals. Even the booking and recommendation of the one day tour to Otaru was excellent. Everyone was very happy with the whole overall experience. It definitely made our holiday in Niseko very memorable. Thanks so much.

Jesse was excellent at sorting out the finer details of the booking. The villa that was recommended was excellent and the entire group loved it. Will definitely make the booking with them next time round.

Top notch service
Had a great experience booking with Luxe Nomad. Hotel booking was really easy and the staff (Ling and company) was really responsive and provided a lot of different options that will fit your preference and budget. On top of that, their complimentary concierge service is excellent! Jesse L was really helpful in making restaurant recommendations and reservations, booking day trips and all transportation arrangements. He definitely made planning for our trip really easy.
