We booked our trip to Niseko through Luxe nomad. Everything was so smooth. They even booked restaurant for us which is fab especially in this season when all of restaurant are packed. We really have to thank Niro a big time for sorting out everything for us when our flight was canceled last minute (when we were literally in front of the counter at the airport) and it was on Sunday too. We were panicking as no one answering our email or call but Niro did answer our e-mail promptly and managed to booked another bus to picked us from the airport. Thank you soooo much for making our trip memorable. We had a fab time. We will definitely using Luxe Nomad again. Highly recommended.

I have organised our first trip to Niseko through The Luxe Nomad (in particular with Jesse) and they have been fabulous with all my requests and changes, we are looking forward to our holiday there this week. I would definitely recommend them to help you book an amazing holiday.

The booking was done quickly and the sales consultant was very clear and helpful at each stage. We would happily use them for future trips.

I have used Luxe Nomad multiple times now and every time the experience is seamless! So easy to enquire, compare, book and get extra information/services as required. The curators are super helpful - the only problem I ever have is that their emails will often initially go to my junk folder! So make sure you check this if you haven’t heard back as they are usually very timely. Even over the Christmas/New Year they returned my enquiry within 4hours. The first time we booked it was so easy we thought it must be too good to be true, but nope. It really is that good every single time. Thanks again Luxe Nomad, I will continue to recommend you guys to all my friends and family!

Had a wonderful stay in Dec 2019 at Aya Niseko, hoping to return soon for another stay . Excellent service from Gabi, Jesse and Aidee from The Luxe Nomad team .Cheers to the tasty sake they kindly gifted us ! They are so proactive and helpful with my never ending queries as it's our first time in Niseko :)The team assisted us with restaurant reservations, ski pass purchases , ski rentals etc ... will highly recommend them :)

Although I haven't start the trip to Niseko with my family total of 9 people, I already feel warm enough to have a wonderful hospitality from the staff at The Luxe Nomad especially Jesse L. She is very patient to answer our questions about ski/snowboard activities with speedy response always! Jesse helped us to book all the activities which makes our life much easier! We look forward to visiting Niseko and stay at The Luxe Nomad. :)
