Our concierge Jess has done a great job in preparing our trip. Very responsive to our requests in general and at the same time helpful with (alternative) bookings specifically. We are very happy with choosing the Lux Nomad and will contact them again for our next Japan ski trip.

Niro G was super helpful and quick to respond to my queries, service is mostly excellent. I’m sure we will use Luxe again in future. One thing that I noticed though is that Luxe can’t make bookings with certain service providers. They did point us to the info which was good, but I had to make the booking myself (eg ski lesson). I’m sure there is a business reason for this but would be great if they could make bookings with all vendors if that’s the customer preference

We do inform guests that when it is peak season are unable to push through bookings that are very last minute as yours was. This is also because partners are very busy during that time and it is easier if it's the day before to liaise directly with them :) However we do work with all partners to clarify. Niro was quick to respond and always helpful with all aspects of our ski trip for a large group (accommodation, lift tickets, ski hire and airport transfers), and also provided some great tips and arranged reservations for local restaurants in Niseko. Reliable and well organized, a pleasure to deal with.
