The Luxe NomadReviews of theluxenomad.com

A last minute ski trip to niseko, yet they did it very very well and got everything covered, from hotel, transfer to ski pass and lesson. Tammy C. helped me and my partner arrange everything with very quick respond and great solutions. Their service is beyond 5 stars for me!! Definately gonna arrange other trip with them soon.

TLN was extremely helpful, flexible, accommodating of many changes, cancellations. penalties wherever possible. always responsive and contactable by email both remotely, onsite and by phone when we needed last minute help (we always do). recommendations were on point, and handling large amounts of data, amendments and billings were professionally handled. our requests were all met, and it would be my pleasure to commend TLN to anyone, attn Tammy. :)

Amazing service. Best accommodations choice.

Luxe Nomad found the perfect accommodation for my family of five in Niseko! Joey was helpful and all our questions were promptly answered. Excellent service and will definitely book with them again!

Tammy provided a great service, helping us book accommodation, transfers, ski hire, ski passes, as well as restaurant bookings. The service was responsive, easy and flexible given some last minute changes due to the Coronavirus situation. With a Group of 8, this took a lot of the stress out of organising the trip. Thank you for helping to make a great trip :)

Tammy and others at The Luxe Nomad concierge did an excellent job communicating with us for our stay at Yama Shizen. I'd happily use their services again. Warren

I am very impressed with how fast the team responded to my requests and did a great job finding the right hotel for me in a very short time.
