What more can be said that I haven't already said about The Luxe Nomad. My initial review was after having dealt with the Nomad Travel Curators, whereas this review is in relation to the Concierge team, and more specifically, Joey Woo! Our trip was a February 2020 Japan snow trip to Hakuba and we stayed at Wadano Woods. The key to all of The Luxe Nomad team is their customer service and patience. Ask them a 1000 questions (like I did), and each time you'll get a polite, prompt response. My first interaction with Joey was in relation to luggage forwarding services as I'd heard it was possible. No problem for Joey, he promptly provided options. They couldn't arrange it, but just having the right place to go was as much as I needed. After this, over the next few months we went on to discuss ski lessons, clothing and equipment hire, lift passes, transfer options from Nagano or Hakuba, restaurant options in Hakuba (of which Joey was able to provide first hand experience) and what would happen upon our arrival at check-in (which we happily found out we would be a private mini-bus to take us to our cabin front door). We opted for a private transfer bus/coach from Nagano Station to our check-in location in Hakuba, and this was promptly arranged by Joey. While The Luxe Nomad were unable to arrange tickets for the Shinkansen (bullet train), again Joey was able to assist by pointing me in the right direction. We were a group of 7 adults & 3 kids, split into 4 separate groups. This meant we required to make split payments, zero trouble for Joey & The Luxe Nomad, providing each group their own individual payment link, which was shortly followed up with a payment notification. I can't thank Joey and the rest of The Luxe Nomad team enough for helping make our trip a great one. They took on so much of the hard work, leaving us to just ask questions, pay for the things we wanted, and sit back and wait to enjoy. Upon arrival it was seamless and so much of that goes to the team. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would use The Luxe Nomad again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. i assume their service is identical no matter which part of the world you choose to book with them. (oh, just remembered as I was about to end the review, but not only did Joey assist with the trip to Hakuba, he was very helpful with recommending things to do in Japan for the few days we had before heading to the snow. Yes, Google exists, but it's nice to be able to talk to someone about their own experiences). Thank you Joey & all at The Luxe Nomad. Having got to the end of the review, clearly there was more that I could say!

We have just returned from a fabulous week in Niseko, we booked through the Luxe Nomad .The service and accommodation (Nozomi Views ) and professionalism of staff were 5 stars .Thoroughly recommend X

We've been using Luxe Nomad for several years to book our trips to Niseko, Hokkaido. Their service has been excellent, warm and friendly, quick, efficient and responsive. Luxe Nomad also have a wide range of properties available and there's always apartments and villas well suited to our requirements (location, features, quality and budget). Have also received help with transfers, equipment rentals and lift passes. Thanks to Tammy, Joey and all the staff at Luxe Nomad, who have helped us book and totally enjoy several trips to Niseko.
