Will have an event soon at this Villa. The important thing is that communication with The Luxe Nomad team was smooth. They responded well and took my call nicely, which you don't necessarily get with other property management out there. So I really appreciate it!

Great service as always!
This is my second time booking with The Luxe Nomad and I am still very happy with their service. Our agent, Robee, was very prompt and helpful with all my requests. I have referred them to friends before and will continue doing so.

Quick, polite and easy customer service!
Robee our agent has been especially helpful and quick to answer all our questions about the chalet as well as assisting us with looking for one! We have successfully booked a family chalet for out large group. Thank you so much for the seamless, polite and wonderful customer service!

We used TLN twice for big group…
We used TLN twice for big group travels. They are very responsive, accommodative and responsible. Their prices for accommodation are very competitive too if we book early. A wonderful experience partnering with TLN this far!

Very good service even after Covid cancellation
We made a booking at Niseko via TLN and really loved their service. However, due to Covid, our trip was cancelled. The TLN team continuously communicated with us on the status of our Covid credit which we find very helpful.
