I had a very nice experience with Little Learners. For me, the customer service was attentive, polite, and eager to help. They reached out to me to see how everything was I didn't contact them. I buy a lot of toys online and some companies have no one to contact. I'm happy with the purchase and with the customer service at Little Learners.

My grandson (age 7) loves his camera. We got off to a rough start, as the memory card was missing. I contacted little learners immediately and they were very responsive. Customer service was willing to work with me and expedited a shipment of the missing memory card even though it was past the return policy. I greatly appreciated the service I received. I would shop at Little Learners again without reservation.

I was happy wth service and also items bought. My shipment was split with the second item not arriving in a timely manner. Once I emailed my concerns I received a prompt response and the item arrived about a week later. This was followed up with an email to ensure I had received my item. It is always a concern when buying products online, but I found the service to be excellent.

If I could give a 0 I would. This is a fraudulent company. The merchandise is not as pictured. Our merchandise did not come in new packaging. I believe it is refurbished. It doesn’t work. If you try returning, they want pictures and a video. If they do not approve the pictures or video, you cannot return. If you do want to return, they give you an address in Italy to ship to at your expense. This would cost me more than what I paid for the item that is junk. I’m just throwing it away.

This is practically a scam company based in China. Every product is cheaply made--essentially a knock-off of a high quality product made by real companies. They say shipping takes 3-5 days, but in reality, all items are shipped from China--and then go through customs--and finally, go by USPS. It takes three weeks. This company sells kids toys, people! Imagine all of the parents ordering toys for their kids birthdays or Christmas, only to discover they will never arrive in time. What kind of evil people are behind this company? Help spread the word and let's shut down this company for good.

My giant balloon order did not include the patches as were advertised. Their Customer Service has been appalling, almost non existent! They’re making me jump through so many hoops for something that was 100% their fault. I would never recommend Little Learners Corner under any circumstance. There are other Companies! Added on 3rd Sept: Most Companies would publicly and unequivocally apologise and ask the Reviewer to private message them so the problem can be resolved. Little Learners response to me illustrates their lack of customer service or satisfaction. They did not reply every day. The patches have arrived but are ineffective. I went to get the inflated balloon for my grandchildren to play with and it had deflated to the size of a basketball. I used a patch on the balloon but two days later it was a basketball again. I’ve wasted my time and money. Please don’t make the same mistake. Order #BAL68266

This company tries to deceive you into believing that they are a US company. They are not! Everything is coming directly from China. Because it’s coming from China plan on close to 3 WEEKS to receive your product…when you’re checking out on their website they mislead you by saying 3-5 business days to receive your order..NOT! My name puzzle arrived with the wrong name so now I’m waiting another month for the redo and then the shipping time. Terrible! Find a US company and order from them.

Bought the Giant Jelly Balloon Ball (advertised 2 for the price of 1). They arrived ok, however, both got holes in them within 2 days of use by very young kids in a backyard. I raised this with them and in they could offer was a 10% discount. Total waste of money.
