Little Learners ToysReviews of thelittlelearnerscorner.com

Easy and helpful

Website very easy to follow. I was unable to complete my purchase initially because I had to leave to go to work, but the item I was wanting to order was kept in my trolley for me and a reminder was sent to me which I appreciated, and once I'd finished work, I was able to complete my purchase. Thank you!

A lot of great items , just had some minor issues when trying to compete payment but eventually had success , thank you !

This review page is a duplicate of the one found at Trustpilot as LLearn T (thelittlelearnerstoys.com) with the same website and contact details. I have therefore duplicate my review. An update is that I was successful in getting a charge back from my credit card company as Little Learners Toys had not supplied safe products for children (no CE or UKCA safety mark) and had not fulfilled its obligations for a full refund as notified of my wish to cancel within 14 days. This is a terrible company. The products took weeks to arrive as they were drop shipped from Asia. What arrived was cheap and poorly made, not as shown in the pictures. They had no safety marking to show they were safe for children. The customer service seems designed to stall you and avoid refunding, against UK consumer law. Although the website says you will have to pay shipping costs to return, it fails to mention that will be to Italy and very expensive. I am suspicious that the recent 5 star reviews here have been faked by the company as they hope for Christmas orders, as they don’t bear any relation to my experience.

Ease of choice and payment was streamlined

I discovered your ad on Google and searched your products for my Grandies for Christmas. I found what appears good value.

I noticed that my address was incomplete , but was unable to change it. Otherwise, everything was fine!

I love everything about Little Learner Toys. I am a retired teacher and a grandmother raising her grandchildren. My home is often full of family members and loved ones. I also tutor students at my home, which means there are many opportunities for them to use the LittleLearners activities. Little Learners has impressed me greatly from the educational perspective, as well as from the bright, colorful look of the products I have purchased. Thank you for being so phenomenal!
