Like many of you, I've been waiting years for my order. I built a computer to match the Army Green version. I received emails saying mine would ship. It never has. It is really frustrating. UPDATE: NO. My order has not been delivered. I have not even been contacted to confirm my address (which has not changed FTR). Could you provide tracking information on that package. UPDATE 2: YES! I came home from vacation to find my Lampster had arrived! It is every bit as cool as we all have hoped. Much bigger than I had imagined as well. They must be hand making these one by one for it to take so long. I've upped from one star to three because of how cool the final product is. UPDATE 3: After living with my Lampster for a few months I thought I'd give some thoughts. When people visit they are very curious about it, especially children. However, I keep people from handling it because it is more like a sculpture than a toy. I tend to use the manual switch and warm light more than the app's color features. One time I used it on full power bright for 10 to 20 minutes to help photo something. It overheated and shut down requiring unplugging and resetting to work again. So I would recommend keeping it set to normal power settings in the app. My wife is an artist. She makes individual pieces by hand. The Lampster in my opinion qualifies as an art piece rather than a consumer electronic item. If you understand that distinction then I can give it 5 stars. The Lampster team made something cool that people love.

So I am big enough to admit I was wrong. I assumed it would never come. But 15 months after ordering, it did arrive. Seems to work as promised. I added a second star. Order #30888. Ordered it in November. Was promised a delivery in March, then June, then September. Nothing. They have stopped responding to emails. Total Frauds. *Update* Their "private message" was asking for order details, which were already included in the original post. They aren't reading messages,they are just posting crap here in a feeble effort at pretending to be competent. I have requested a refund for the past 6 months. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I funded with kickstarter like many of you below. Nothing in return, no comments, emails nothing. Over two years. I made my purchase with a CC. So I filed a fraud charge with CC company and received a refund. Let them go after Lampster! I also filed complaints with Kickstarter, so that they were aware of the problems over the past two years with so many of us. And finally I wrote Facebook. . .since they continue to sell via the Lampster Page. . .and sent FB links to this page and encouraged them to interface with kickstarter about it. Maybe Facebook will do the right thing and pull the page so no one else is involved in this scam.

No excuse for the amount of time it has taken to complete and fulfill the kickstarter backers orders. There may be a handful of people who received their lampster but I am not convinced these guys are legit or will EVER follow through. Disappointed is an understatement. And I refuse to back anything on kickstarter ever again.

No communication from this company in regards to orders being shipped. 250$ has not been honored for 3 years now. Reached out them about paying for expedited shipping. They said yes we can do that. I never heard from them again. Been checking with them every 2 months or so. I haven't gotten a single reply from customer service at all. Yet they are still taking orders of new customers. I've heard the end product is great but at this rate I doubt I will ever know.

Same as everyone else on here -- paid them in December 2016. They responded to a few emails. Each time it was "shipping in a few months." Now they stopped responding. Complete scam. I do not see any evidence that these people ever intended to provide me anything in return for my money. UPDATED: So, in response to this post Lampster asked me to contact it by email to check on the status of my order. When I did, it didn't provide any information on the status. All I got back were questions: (1) is this still your address (I responded, then they asked the same question the next day); and (2) are you willing to change the color of your order to receive it faster? When I asked for the actual status of my order I received no response. Likewise, no response to "how much faster" if I change colors? So . . . no information, no status provided. UPDATE 2. Complete silence. These people just don't care. UPDATE 3. See "Mike" post below. He says great customer service. Lampster sold him a lamp that was "in stock" and he received it "within 14 days." Why is Lampster taking money and shipping on new orders, instead of fulfilling orders from people who paid years ago? UPDATE 4. The proof of this scam is right on this page. "Mike" posted that Lampster has lamps in stock, and will sell to people who pay now, while they continue to ignore people who paid years ago. There's a word for that. . . .

Long time for shipping but now i'm very enjoy To discover my lamp and the application its very easy and fun. Good packaging. For the light its just Perfect ! Lot of color, complet full ! I'm recommanded this lamp if you can wait !

I received my Lamp. They have replied to all communications and a second lamp, ordered via indiegogo is on it's way. There is no question that they are taking a while, but patience is a virtue. The LAMPSTER is an amazing thing of artistic beauty and the build quality is superb. I will enjoy it all the more because I waited patiently and respectfully. It's a beautiful thing.
