I ordered a blue Lampster (Army Edition) on November 26, 2022. The order was confirmed in the online shop. But I did not hear anything from the Lampster for the next month. I checked the status-page in the Lampster shop several times ... the order just stayed in the status "confirmed". The chatbot in on the shop also was not helpful and just confirmed that the order is pending ... I was getting nervous ... is Lampster still alive? Finally on Dezember 27, 2022 I wrote an email to "contact (at) thelampster.com" to ask about the state of my order ... Two days later on Dezember 29 I got a friendly reply from "Lavinia" via "Freshdesk Support of thelampster.com" ... she told me she will take care of the issue. From that moment everything went very smooth ... On the same day I got an email that my order is on the way, including a tracking number ... And one days later on Dezember 30 the Lampster finally arrived at my home. Packaging was flawless, the Lampster was exactly as I expected it with some lovely instructions. Everything is as expected: great design, the light is bright and adjustable, the app is working ...

Supported Lampster in their Kickstarter campaign. After more than 5 years of waiting and updates that the product would be delivered, it has never come. Frauds, don't trust them

I'd rate negatively if I could. Backed these guys more than 6 years ago on Kickstarter and never received my order. Same excuse all over the years, with logistic issues. Can't get a refund and I'm asked to pay more now for the delivery.... do not purchase anything from them.

total scam. Ordered years ago and still nothing. They dont respond at all..

Hi, I had a problem with my Lampster, then I desinstall the app then I install again , and do not work either, Then I contact with the Lampster contact, and they answer me less than 24 hrs. and give me instructions what to do, I did, an my Lamster now are as new,

I ordered this in Army Green 2.5 years ago and never got anything from them. Some people claim to get them, I think that's part of the scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Took a long time to get my Lampster and it was absolutely worth the wait. The service staff were responsive and did their best to get this done in a timely fashion. The actual lamp is absolutely amazing and I enjoy it every day. It is a focal point in my home.
